Return Process

  Log into your Spirit Nails account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
